dail up accounts are slow

Wow if you have a dial up connection like i do, this blog is like walking through a bog in the fog. Everytime people add on it takes longer and longer to even open up this sight. Then i log in and wait a minute or two more. Finally i get to write. I think this a neat sight but can we use this to post pictures, but keep the old email mail to keep in touch? I can't afford an upgrade to high speed right now but don't want to be left behind. Any other dial uppers having problems? Thanks, peg spell check is not as freindly either
